Our studio is equipped with modern fitness equipment, dedicated spaces for group classes, and showers/changing rooms. Please bring any needed towels and toiletries for the showers - gray floor mats are provided at the front desk.
We also offer cubby storage for belongings, a water station for bottle filling, and a variety of items for purchase. Clean fresh workout towels are also provided for your use in studio.
Our priority is to create an environment that supports your fitness journey.
For the Studio:
We always appreciate when you bring clean, dry shoes appropriate for your work out! Water, mud, and salt cause a lot of damage to our floors and equipment.
For Indoor Cycling Classes:
You don’t even need to know how to ride a bike to come to an indoor cycling class! The resistance knob (the thing that adds the feel of a hill) is located on your bike and you are in complete control of how much or little that you add. The beauty of our studio is that you are the master of your cycling domain!
If you are new to indoor cycling, we recommend that you arrive about 15-20 minutes prior to your first class so that one of our InCycle instructors can get you set up on your bike. Gel padded seats are also available for use.
Wear comfortable clothes, gym shoes (or cycling shoes with SPD cleats if you have), and be sure to bring a water bottle!
For Strength Classes:
We supply all items that you'll need for any of our classes. We have all the equipment you will need for class. Just bring yourself, some water, and a can-do attitude! Don't know how to use a piece of equipment - no worries - your instructor can show you how. If a class requires something extra - we'll be sure to include that in the class description.
Yes, we offer a free trial class to anyone who wants to try InCycle Strength & Indoor Cycling for the first time.
Simply go to the TRY A CLASS page, select the class you want to attend, enter your info - and you're all set!
After you have attended your free class we encourage you to become part of the community so you can make the most of what our gym has to offer.
Class reservations can be made online and in the app up to 14 days in advance.
You are able to put your membership on hold for up to 2 months if you are injured, busier than usual or expecting to spend time out of town. Please let us know one week in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments.
We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete. We can only put a membership on hold for a maximum 2 months - Anything more is considered a cancellation.
Of course, we would love for you to come back and will be happy to restart your membership at any time.
Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time. There are no refunds issued for any recurring memberships - always be sure to cancel prior to your renewal date which can be found in your member portal.
Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring the best fitness experience for you.
In order to withdraw from a class, you must cancel your spot at least 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your package.
A late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of the class.
By signing up for the wait-list, you’re signing up for the class.
If you no longer wish to attend or be considered for the wait-list, please remove yourself from the wait-list. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via email that you've been moved to the class and registered.
Yes - you can purchase gift cards online by going to the "Shop Online" section of our Member Website. Click here to purchase.
You are able to set custom amounts on the gift cards - be sure to click update fields when entering different amounts for gift cards.
Each certificate/amount you add to your cart and purchase will be emailed separately to you for gifting!
