Courtney Clyne

I began my fitness career in 2013 becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Since then, my love and passion for all things fitness has grown. I especially love watching the mental and physical transformation of the clients I train and that take my classes. My goal for you, as my client, is to push you to your “quit point” and for you to be sore (in a good way!). I am experienced and certified in several different formats – bootcamp, cardio intervals, circuits, Tabata, TRX and indoor cycling. I look forward to sharing my love of and excitement about fitness with you at InCycle Strength!!
Lyndsey Zajac

Lyndsey Zajac

After years working as a Global Assistant for an IT company, I decided to follow my heart and jump into the fitness world. I earned my Personal Training Certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2016. Shortly after, I fell in love with indoor cycling and got my Indoor Cycling Certification. I have since added several other certifications – Senior Strength, Kettlebell, Body Weight, TRX and Aqua Fitness.
My goal with any client is to help them find confidence within themselves through fitness. I work with clients who want to move better, lose weight, strengthen their muscular endurance and improve their overall fitness. I will push you but I promise we will have fun! Together we will not only change your body, we will change your life.

My fitness career began after graduating from Indiana State University with a degree in Exercise Science. I have 23 years of experience personal training and teaching group fitness and have worked with a variety of clients ranging from beginners to athletes. I love helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a one-on-one setting. My goal is to challenge my clients by mixing it up with different equipment and exercises allowing them to find the outcome they desire in a safe, fun and effective way.

J.C. Cole

I am a certified ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer with 35 years of experience. I have my degree from the University of Toledo, where I played football and ran track for 4 years. I have been involved in fitness in one way or another for most of my life! My current certifications include Johnny G. Spinning, TRX, Titleist Performance Institute Personal Trainer and Group Exercise. My passion is teaching and promoting strength, flexibility and enabling my clients to be at their best mentally, physically and emotionally. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your fitness goals.

I had my fitness “Day One” in late 2009 – 225 lbs. after the birth of my 4th child. I have spent the last 10+ years resetting my lifestyle, studying the human body and pursuing the benefits of consistent weight training. I have a Physical Education degree from IU and am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. I have a passion for wellness and love teaching it to others. Since 2014, I have been successful in my personal training business by focusing on each client’s unique goals and abilities. My favorite piece of equipment is the dumbbell and all time favorite exercise – the kettlebell swing!
