Do you have “Missed Workout Shame”? Stop beating yourself up over a missed workout (or 9 or 10!!). Listen to your body. Missing a day or 2 when you are feeling run down or sick is often the best option. Recharging your batteries is always time well spent. You will come back feeling stronger. Your exercise regime is meant to improve your quality of life, to make you feel healthier, stronger and more fit. When your body asks for a rest – listen. Exercise most certainly reduces stress.
