Common Questions:

I already have the student or young adult monthly unlimited discount, can I participate even if my pricing is lower than the challenge deal? YES! You will not be charged the $135 price, and your next auto-pay will be normal. Just simply grab a card and start on what day you want!
I am on a regular monthly unlimited autopay. How do I get the challenge discount/deal? Simply email us at info@incycleindy.com and let us know you are participating in the challenge, and your next auto-pay will be adjusted for the challenge discount. You then choose what day you want to start, grab a challenge card, and get your challenge on!
I just decided to do the challenge, but want to count some classes I have done already since March 1 that have passed. Can I still participate? Yes! You can count those classes you have already done, as long as it is from March 1 on. If you are on a current package, contact us at info@incycleindy.com and we will retro-act your challenge monthly deal and add back your class pack you have used. Just tell us the date you started!
Can I double up on classes or take a portion of a class? Yes! You can attend more than one class per day. Also for our combo classes, you can participate in one portion of it and have it count toward a class for your challenge (classes such as: Ride/Restore, & Cycle+Strength combo classes).
