Knock out your cardio and strength in one power hour with our 30/30 Cycle Strength combination classes! If you haven’t tried 30/30 Cycle/Circuits yet, you are missing an amazing workout that hits all the bases. 30 minutes on the bike (no upper body weights) of powerful cardio followed by 30 minutes muscular strength building and toning in the Strength studio. The 30 minutes at Strength can include TRX, weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, mini bands, stability balls…the class varies every time, but the results are always great!
