The 21/90 rule is a simple and effective way to commit to a goal and stick with it!! Commit to your goal for 21 straight days (just about the same amount of time we have been doing our NO Added Refined Sugar Challenge!) – after these three weeks, your goal will have become a habit. Once you’ve accomplished this, you continue for another 90 days and this goal becomes a permanent lifestyle change!
What can you commit to for the next 21 days that will have a positive impact on your life and health? If you have been doing our NO Added Refined Sugar challenge, you are already well on your way and most certainly feeling the changes in your body, mind and energy! But, if that isn’t the goal you choose, find something that will make a difference in your life.. do one thing every single day that makes you happy and don’t skip a single day, cut out something in your diet that you know is making you feel bad, start meditating, add group exercise to build and foster that connection that community plays in our well being…whatever it is, commit for the next 21 days, building the foundation for another 90!
