Build & Burn with Jenny Leigh –┬áMonday’s 5:45-6:30 – this class is a great opportunity to build strength and burn fat with an ever-changing mashup of bands, tubes, kettlebells, weights, stability balls, sliders, and steps!

Barre Fusion – NEW TIME Tuesday 8:15 a.m. – if you haven’t tried Barre Fusion with Candace, your body is missing out on one of the best ways to tone, tighten and sculpt through focused, targeted, low impact movements that are designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Improve your posture, core strength, agility, and flexibility.

Pilates Strength/Stretch – Shannon Baxter joins the InCycle team with this Pilates style strength class utilizing standing and mat work. Pilates resets and realigns the body, strengthening inward while correcting any imbalances through functional training. Teach your body to remain pain-free and injury-free. Tuesday 9:15-10:00, Thursday 6:00-7:00, and Sunday 10:00-11:00.
