What if I haven't ever tried an indoor cycling class?

You ask some really good questions!! And the answer to all of the above is YES and that is why InCycle and InCycle Strength are the perfect complement to each other. Indoor cycling is a great way to get your cardio with no stress on your joints and no pounding on your body. You can burn anywhere from 400 to 1000+ calories in a 60 minute cycling class. In addition to cardio conditioning, you have to strengthen and tone your muscles. With our Strength and TRX classes, you will reach your fitness goals while building a stronger and more solid foundation. Our team will always offer modifications when needed and push you harder as you get stronger.
I am concerned that I am not physically fit enough to try a class...
I've heard that the bike seat can be uncomfortable.
What do I wear?
For Strength and TRX classes any workout wear that you find comfortable and is breathable. Athletic cross-training shoes are recommended for these classes.
What should I bring to class?
Do I have to join InCycle to attend a class?

Where do I stow my stuff?
Do I need to make a reservation online?
We recommend that you do make a reservation online to ensure you get a spot. You can reserve online up to seven days in advance. You can always call us, and if space allows, we will be happy to make a last minute reservation for you. We also have an InCycle app that makes it really easy! You can also cancel your reservation online if you are not able to make it to your scheduled class. All attendees should arrive FIVE MINUTES prior to the start of class, as we will begin giving spots away to walk-in riders after that time.
