InCycle Strength Bootcamp Amped

InCycle’s Bootcamp Amped class is a 60 minute HIIT full body workout. This class offers the benefits of strength, endurance, and power with an added bonus of AMPING up the benefits with HIIT, plyometric drills, and short cardio blasts targeting heart rate, caloric burn, and muscular endurance and strengthening. A wide variety of equipment may be used during this HIIT style Bootcamp class including free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, Reebok step benches, weighted body bars, stability balls, and TRX straps. Although this class is considered to be more intense, it is easily modified to any fitness level. If you are looking to build power, endurance, and increase performance, Bootcamp Amped is the class for you!

InCycle Bootcamp Amped instructor, Cami Rodriguez, a former marathon runner, brings a wealth of experience to her teaching and is passionate about fitness. Cami is certified in Indoor Cycling, TRX, Barbell Strength, Group Fitness, and Barre. Before coming to fitness, Cami worked as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Professor of Psychology at Elmhurst College and Aurora University. So she understands the importance of body, mind connection, and utilization!

Our Carmel Strength Studio

InCycle and InCycle Strength offer a variety of classes usually only found at a big box gym in a boutique studio atmosphere. One class package or monthly membership allows you to take advantage of over 50 classes each week including: Indoor cycling – one hour or 45 minute express classes; 30/30 – 30 minutes of power cardio on the bike followed by 30 minutes of strength training; Bike Bootcamp – a one-hour power class consisting of a combination of strength circuits off the bike mixed with cycling; InCycle Express +Pump 15 – a 45 minute express ride with a strength bonus of 15 minutes off the bike at the end of class focusing on sculpting and toning both upper and lower body; Ride/Restore – 30 minutes of cardio-pumping cycling followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga; TRX Fusion – powerful suspension training; Strength Circuits – a total body workout isolating muscle groups and striking the perfect balance of strength, conditioning and sculpting; Barre Fusion – total body fitness fusion incorporating alignment principles of ballet and the lengthening postures of Pilates with weights and TRX; Pilates Strength & Stretch – Pilates style strength class utilizing standing and mat work with the intermittent implementation of light weights and TRX; and Bootcamp Amped.
