Cancellation Policy

There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you are interested in doing something, you do it only when it is convenient. When you are committed to something, you accept no excuses – only RESULTS. At InCycle, we take your fitness commitment very seriously and strive to help you achieve the results that you are looking for. As a locally owned company, we value the relationships we establish with our clients. Every single person that walks through our door becomes a member of our InCycle family.

We ask that our extended family provide that same commitment and accountability with us, through an updated cancellation policy.

All classes must be canceled 8 HOURS prior to class time in order to not be charged a late cancel fee.  Clients will lose a class from their package (if they have a pack) or be assessed a late cancel fee of $10 (if they have any unlimited membership package), whether the class is sold out or not.

Late Cancel Fees

For those with an unlimited membership package, a $10 late fee will be assessed to the credit card on file.

To avoid any cancellation fees, please be sure to cancel through our online portal or InCycle app. If you don’t already have the InCycle app, it makes registering and canceling SO EASY. Both Android and iPhone versions are available.

Waitlist

Spots that become available due to late cancels inside the 8 hours cancellation window, in sold-out classes, will then be open to all clients.  Clients will no longer be automatically added to the class list at that time.  Be sure to check the InCycle app or website for any last-minute open spots!
