We add a dose of upper body and core work through the use of hand weights, body bars and resistance tubing to create the ultimate InCycle experience. This ride gives you all the benefits of our InCycle Express Ride + a power bonus of 15 minutes off the bike at the end of class focusing on polishing and sculpting both the lower and upper body. *Be sure to bring tennis shoes if your cycling shoes don’t have rubber soles!
InCycle Ride Restore
This class is truly the best of both worlds: 30 minutes of cardio-pumping cycling followed by 30 minutes of restorative hot yoga.
Clocked + Pump15
This class incorporates timed speed, strength and endurance drills. Non-stop music allows for continuous work to really hammer it home during each interval. Finish strong with 15 minutes off the bike of strengthening and sculpting.
Bike Boot Camp
This one hour class incorporates ALTERNATING intervals of riding and off the bike weight training while maintaining fat burning cardio levels. Weights and body weight resistance is used off the bike for strength and toning.
A beat based ride made up of varying profiles that change every week – loops, ladders, high intensity supersets, epic climbs, out & backs, 4 corners… add in weights to tone the abs and upper body while you push those pedals and you have THE WORKS! This fun and creative class is designed to create a stronger cardio/strength foundation while challenging you to fuel your caloric burn both on and off the bike! The structure of this ride enables riders with various levels of fitness and cycling experience to participate – experienced riders can push themselves and test their limits while new riders have the opportunity to immediately experience the benefits of interval training without the intimidation.
Mix it up in the 45 minute exhilarating, fat blasting ride. This class alternates between working at higher intensities (anaerobic) for short periods followed by recovery. No matter your fitness level, you will benefit: improved performance, greater strength, extra calories burned, increased VO2 max (your ability to transport and use oxygen during exercise) and the elevation of HGH (human growth hormone).
This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Students are encouraged to observe how they feel and only push harder when strong enough to do so. As you get stronger, so does your ride! If you believe it, you can achieve it.
InCycle Video & Theme Rides
A FULL body cardio/strengthening class in one hour! Blast fat and build lean muscle with a 30 minute cardio blast ON the bike followed by 30 minutes OFF the bike of circuit training working on strength and conditioning using a combination of dumb bells, bands, body weight, battle ropes, agility ladder and various other equipment. Weather permitting, the circuit training will be done outside. **Be sure to bring regular sneakers in addition to your cycling shoes.
