Indoor Cycling Classes Carmel

InCycle offers the ultimate indoor cycling sweat session – we take the best parts of indoor cycling, weight training and core work to create a fun and challenging workout that delivers results (burning up to 700+ calories in a 45 minute or 1 hour class)! Our highly effective cardio and strength workout is set to awesome music in a beautiful studio with 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows – mimicking an outdoor riding experience.

All level of riders, from the beginner to the advanced cyclist, will find their personal challenge. You choose the intensity of the ride – our InCycle team will instruct and inspire you, but you are always in control – never a competition, never any judgment. It is easy to let go of everything the moment you jump on the bike and the music grabs you. Embrace the beat, find your challenge, listen to your internal compass.

InCycle Ride

60 minutes

InCycle’s signature one hour soul-stirring, cardio pumping, muscle sculpting ride is suitable for all levels. We add a dose of upper body and core work through the use of hand weights, body bars and resistance tubing to create the ultimate InCycle experience. 

InCycle Ride Restore

60 minutes

This class is truly the best of both worlds: 30 minutes of cardio-pumping cycling followed by 30 minutes of restorative hot yoga.

InCycle Express

+ Pump 15
60 minutes

This ride gives you all the benefits of our InCycle Express Ride + a power bonus of 15 minutes off the bike at the end of class focusing on polishing and sculpting both the lower and upper body.

InCycle Express

45 minutes

Get in – get out – get on with your day! Rock it out on the bike in this exhilarating, high-energy, concentrated, cardio-burn power class.

InCycle HIIT

High Intensity
Interval Training
45 minutes

Mix it up in the 45 minute exhilarating, fat blasting ride.  This class alternates between working at higher intensities (anaerobic) for short periods followed by structured recovery. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

InCycle Video & Theme Rides

Every week our instructors mix it up by adding a theme and/or music videos to their ride. Add the element of visual stimulation to our already amazing InCycle ride and you have the ultimate indoor cycling experience.
